MY 2024 READING LIST

My 2024 Reading List: 20 Books to Inspire Growth and Success

As we embark on a new year, I'm excited to share my curated reading list for 2024. On January 1st Matt and I always set out our intentions for the year- one of which is how many books we’d like to read.
My goal was 20 and I’m so proud to say that I smashed my goal!!
However I was at BENCHMARK FITNESS today and one of our gym members told me that she read over 200 books this year…. so that took the wind out of my sail for a moment LOL. BUT I have to remember that I set a goal, I was committed to that goal all year and here we are with a killer line up book recommendations to now share with all of YOU!
ENJOY! 📚

This insightful guide explores essential habits that can propel personal and professional development. By focusing on mindset shifts, resilience, and continuous learning, this book offers practical tools to help you cultivate growth in your daily life. I love Brendon and his infections energy! While I really enjoyed this book (I listened to this book- great to habit stack with some low impact cardio!) my two favourite titles by him are High Performance Habits and the Motivation Manifesto- you MUST READ BOTH!

The Art of Letting Go by Rania Naim
To be honest I thought this book was going to be more about grief, which was why I was called to the title. It was more about letting go of a romantic relationship, which I can happily no longer relate to!
Thankfully it was a quick (listen) read LOL.

Fiction for Inspiration

The Summer Pact by Emily Giffin
This was the perfect book for our Fall vacation to Mexico- I was craving a fun, easy read that had absolutely nothing to do with business or personal development. NAILED IT! This fun, fictional story weaves themes of friendship, love, and self-discovery into its narrative. As characters navigate life's challenges together, readers may find unexpected inspiration and valuable life lessons woven throughout their journey. I’ve always enjoyed Emily Giffin’s books, especially All We Ever Wanted and The Lies That Bind. Such a cute read that is PERFECT for vacation!
